The tenth annual Macallan ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2011 was held on 12 September. Guest of Honour was The Honourable Mr Justice Stone. This prestigious event recognised the excellence and outstanding achievements of Hong Kong's leading law firms and in-house legal teams as well as the top deals and dealmakers of the past twelve months. The Awards attracted 450 of Hong Kong's most influential solicitors, in-house counsel, investment bankers, judiciary and CEOs, who assembled to celebrate in a spirit of collegiality. The event was the culmination of months of intensive research preceding this important event. Winners were kept confidential until the night itself so the focus of the black-tie event was on the announcement of all the award winners. However, with unparalleled networking opportunities, live entertainment, gourmet dinner and free-flowing wines and Macallan Whiskies, this was indeed a night not to be missed.
